Our structurally strong overhead cranes are built with defect free welding hence offer exceptional durability and rigidity. Double flanged and forged wheels make trolley and cranes movable. To make the in-built gears more efficient, we use anti- frictional ball/ roller bearings in special L-type bearing blocks. To provide fine inching movements of hoist, trolley or crane at the rate of 5% to 20% of the main speed, we use special type micro drives. A wide selection of A.C. control packages come with these cranes to meet any electrical requirement.

We have installed quality electrical equipment in these over head cranes to offer optimum productivity. Effective and safe magnetic or hydraulic brakes are used in overhead cranes and the torque ranges around 150%. A wide variety of controls like maser control switches, drum controllers etc., are available to make the cranes very easy to use.

The cabs can be provided either at one end of the bridge girder, or at the center of bridge girder. Moving Type Cabin fitted with crab can also be provided if required. Additional equipment, like - Insulated floor matting, fire extinguishers etc. can also be provided on request.

We manufacture and supply superior quality overhead H.O.T cranes that come with 100% radiography welded joints of bridge and end carriage. Strong construction of this crane using 1SS: 226 I or 1SS: 2062 makes it highly resistant to any vibrations. Wheel assemblies are heat treated to achieve a special sorbatized structure up to a depth of 15-20 mm from the surface and then they gradually diminish towards the center retaining the core properties.

The gear reducers are constructed either in double, triple and quadruple reduction using rugged wide faced helicals, which makes them highly durable. There are special quality micro drive gear boxes used in these cranes that are made in a separate gear box, with unique sun and planet systems. This gearing system is fitted on the input side of main gear unit and pony motor with separate brake unit. We use superior quality crane and hoist duty motors and all electrical components and accessories to make our machines as flawless as possible.

High quality brakes with optimum torque percentage are used with H.O.T cranes and can be mounted additionally for heavy-duty purposes. Using reliable and easy to use controllers, we ensure to make these cranes user friendly. The sitting cabin provided is enclosed and well ventilated, however air conditioned cabin can be provided if required. Rich quality paints are used in these cranes to give them a very professional look and rust free coat of paint can also be provided on special request.
